Using admin labels before main label when mapping?

Is there any any way for the plugin to use the admin field instead of the normal field label if it is set? For example, if I had a drop down that I want to capture interest in moving to a particular state. To make it look good in the form I’d like to have to set the field label to “What state are you interested in moving to?” This means that my custom field in highrise has to say the same thing which is a little long. I’d like to set the admin label to “Interested State” to match the same name in Highrise. Is there a way to check the admin field first then the field label?
