using a table for layout

    Hello,

    I am trying to make a page layout using <table> tag in this theme, but having some issues. Even if it looks fine in the dashboard page editor,the alignment of text within a table becomes weird. Also I found the table area is highlighted when I move the mouse pointer on it, can I get some help on how to fix these problems? Below is an example of html codes I want to implement in this theme.
