# Using a Gravity Forms shortcode with Ajax – issue

 * Hi there
 * Noticed an issue I’m having with adding a Gravity Forms shortcode within an accordion.
 * With Ajax set to “Off” within the form, the page refreshes and a success message
   appears within the accordion that houses the form.
 * With Ajax “On”, submitting the form works (I receive an email notification) but
   nothing happens with the form (ie there is no refresh/success message) so it 
   looks to the user as if they haven’t submitted the form.
 * Would there be a possible conflict here? Is there a way to overcome it, do you
   think?

 * Hi there
 * Found the problem with this. I was running the Scripts To Footer plugin, which
   was obviously affecting the form. Deactivated that and we’re good to go.
