    I’m Japanese and I use Postie. Naturally, the majority of users use Japanese(2-byte character) in the subject line of their emails.
    When Postie receives that email, it will surely generate “tmptitle articles”.

    There is an even more vexing problem. It happens when there is an image file attached to that email. The attached image file will be duplicated in quite a few image files. It’s not just one or two. It is often more than eighty.

    I would like to see Postie support multi-byte languages.

    Thanks for the report. I regularly test Postie with non-roman alphabets.

    If you send a sample email to test@postieplugin.com and let me know here that you have done so I can see what is going on.
