   difficulties during the installation process, but the chat support representative
   I spoke with was incredibly helpful and proactive in assisting me.
 * He patiently offered several solutions and troubleshooting steps, ensuring that
   I understood each one and guiding me through the process step-by-step.
 * Thanks to UserWay’s excellent customer support, I was able to successfully integrate
   their accessibility widget, enhancing the usability of my website for all visitors.
