# [usersultra_logout]

 * I use this command for users who want to logout. But when I click on my menuitem(
   refering to this page), nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

 * We’re trying to replicate the issue with no success.
 * Did you add the shortcode within a page? are you calling that page by using href
   from your nav menu?
 * Please let me know. I would need to receive a more information.
 * Could you please share the link of your website?

 * Hi Alex,
    thanks for your reply. Yes, the shortcode is on a page. The page (name:
   Logout) is only visible in the mainmenu if the user is logged in. The navigation
   menu is just calling the page not a URL. Sorry, but the site is offline at the
   moment. Regards.

 * I just wanted to let you know that we’re not ignoring you. It’s hard to find 
   out what’s going on without seeing it on real time,
 * However, we’re rebuilding this feature and the new one should sort your issue
   out.
