    Hi there

I did try to submit a support request going through the channels you list including reading all the documentation, listing plugins etc, but although I did all the steps required I was finally defeated by this message when I tried to send the support request : That action is not allowed.

I am getting a lot of complaints from people who are unable to leave a comment on my posts. If I go in and deactivate SpamShield and then reactivate it, it sorts the problem out and comments go through. Is there anything that could cause this? The test in the troubleshooting guide that you suggest people use to check their sites is not available as you are working to update it. So I am asking directly. This has been going on for months on and off and each time I just do the deactivate and reactivate thing and it works again. Until I make the next post when it happens again.
    The message is:
ERROR: JavaScript and Cookies are required in order to post a comment.

    Cheers

    Ellie
