Users to login, select which rss feeds they see?

I’m looking for a way to have a subscribed user (either using the standard WordPress roles, using RoleScoper, or using bbPress)be able to pick which rss feeds are displayed on their personal page.

In example, An individual visites the page, and sees a generic sidebar. He logs in, then sees RSS1 listing in the sidebar. He then pulls down a menu, (where RSS1 is checked) and checks ‘RSS2’, and ‘RSS3’. Now RSS1, RSS2 and RSS3 are showing in the sidebar.

The second feat is to have this remembered for when the user returns. Does this (or parts of this) sound like any plugins or snippets anyone has run across?

Any ideas where to begin (without coding from scratch)?
