P.S. WordPress is perfect for dumb newbies like me 😉
I would say, that WordPress is definitely not for newbies! 🙂
You know, integrating the user system of two different applications is an extremely advanced thing to try 🙂

MichaelH: thank you for providing this link! I have more knowledge now, and probably, “Level 0” is exactly what I need 🙂 So users register on forums, but have no privileges in WP itself.
But… what “Options -> Discussion” level means? Does WordPress having this feature only for those who want to install BBPress?
In general – how users are logged to WordPress? Via /wp-admin/ link? Even on WordPress site, I didn’t find the login page.
Firas: yes, it’s extremely advanced thing, and that’s what I am gonna to implement. In true, I’ve already implemented it 🙂 I will post a link here when the solution will be published on the web.

1. Options->Discussion means the user with that level has access, via the Administrative Panel to set the Discussion Options. You might want to look at:

2. I don’t know of User Level feature in WordPress just for “those who want to install BBPress.”
3. You should see a Site Admin or Login option in the right sidebar if you’re using the default WordPress Theme.

MichaelH:
1. Oh, thanks! I didn’t know that the Discussion actually means “Comments”. So, it is ok… I don’t need it 🙂
2. So, am I right – users in WordPress can not be registered themselves? Administrator must register them, and probably another users with the right privileges, too?
3. I see it! What I mean – is the “wp-admin/” section the only one, where registered users can login?
And one question more… Is WordPress team using their product on their wordpress.org site? 🙂
Don’t mix WP and BBpress. They are not meant to share the users and they are not tied together. It happens that the developer is the same 🙂
2. User can register themselves in WP, if you allow it.

Both products from one developer not tied together??? Strange!
But anyway, thanks for the help!
