 * How long does it take for users to come out of the queue? I’ve noticed a user
   signed up at midnight last night, and is sitting in the “signups” and “users
   checked” db tables on phpmyadmin, showing up as checked. But it doesn’t seem
   to be ok’d. I’ve turned off checking IP addresses (it’s a Gmail address) and
   ran the wizard twice to no avail. Thanks –

 * Hi Lisa,
 * Sorry, but I don’t understand the problem.
 * When a user signup, he is checked in the signup. If he is not blocked by WangGuard,
   hi can login to the website (after activate the account, if it is needed).
 * If you are speaking about WGG Queue page (we have to change the name), in that
   page you can see the users reported by other users (BuddyPress activity or reported
   blog).

 * That’s just my terminology (queue) – but there are several folks who seem to
   be stuck in the signup db table and cannot log in, nor can they sign up again
   because it says their username is already in use. Is there a way to confirm them?

 * Do you use BuddyPress?
 * Try with this plugin:
 * [http://wordpress.org/plugins/unconfirmed/](http://wordpress.org/plugins/unconfirmed/)
 * Seams that the users has not activated their accounts.
 * WangGuard only works at signup page, so WangGuard is not the problem.
 * Maybe the activation email didn’t arrive. With that plugin, you will be able
   to activate the unactivated accounts.

 * Thanks – she’s still missing but in the db, odd!
