Users scan timeout after API cooldown

Hi, I am having the same problems as others with the Users Spam timing out. It’s doing this on API coowndown 1 minute waits. I have tried on Safari and Firefox. There is a continued heartbeat request every minute, but the scan does not continue.

Suggest some sort of database variable to store last scan location so it doesn’t have to start all over again. The problem is also this scan start at the beginning of the database of 11K users and always freezes at 6620. Most of the SPAM accounts are the new ones, I wouldn’t care about the old accounts as much and maybe scan the whole database once. Might want to consider changing the scan to order users ID in descending order so it scan the most recently created accounts and more likely to be SPAMs first. That way even if it freezes, will catch most of the spammers first, and also don’t have scan good accounts at the start of the database unnecessarily.
