Users or Members Data

Hi WordPress Gurus.

I run a Karate Club website as a favour for my club and we have members forever forgetting to renew their licences, what I would like to do is to provide a log in option for them to enter their personal data and also licence information that keeps a record of their grading, and sends a reminder a month prior to expiry… this is quite a tall ask of an off the self plugin I know and I have failed to see one that would suit, but would be a great add on to the club.

Does anyone know of plug in’s I can use individually that may work: Member or User profile data : User Alert :
