# Users not Importing

 * Hi,
 * I have used this plugin before and it has worked fine. However, this time I went
   to use it nothing is getting imported. I am using version 1.10.9.1
 * My CSV is comma delimited with the following fields
    Username, email, user_password
   This is what I have used for importing initially about 5000 users, so I know 
   it works.
 * I have also uninstalled then re-installed the plugin, but still not working.
 * This is what it shows after I import through a CSV
    ————————————————— Importing
   users Ready to registers
 * First row represents the form of sheet
    Inserting and updating data Row Username
   email user_password
 * Process finished you can go here to see results
    ————————————————–

 * Maybe the CSV is bad formed.
 * Could you open it with LibreOffice, saved it as CSV again and try again?

 * Thank you for your reply.
 * I saved the CSV as an xls then used an online converter to convert to csv and
   tried that – still the same thing.
 * I then imported the csv into mysql – that worked fine, then exported from mysql
   as a csv and tried that – no luck with that one either as I am still getting 
   the same thing.
 * Any other ideas I can try? 🙂

 * I have figured it out – I was trying to import a csv of users that had already
   been imported – once I realised that and tried a new one it worked.
 * I thought we got a message that the record was already in the database, but I
   may have been dreaming I saw that when I did the bulk import.

 * Ah I have to improve it.
 * There is a message but when you are updating, maybe you choose to not update 
   it.
