    Hi I have Woo Commerce And Mailpoet v3, when a customer checks out with the box ticked to receive emails they are not added to a list in mailpoet, I don’t use mailpoet to edit the standard emails provided by woo commerce I have another solution for this as I have a custom flow, can anyone shade any light on this please.

    when a customer checks out with the box ticked to receive emails they are not added to a list in mailpoet

    Can you please let us know if the customers are not being added to the WooCommerce Customers list at all or if they’re being added but as “Unconfirmed” or “Unsubscribed”?

    Or are you referring to a second list you have selected in the MailPoet > Settings > WooCommerce tab?

    Also, can you confirm the opt-in checkbox on the checkout page is the one from MailPoet?
