# Users List “No users found”

 * Hello,
 * Recently I started having an issue displaying the list of users that are “Waiting
   e-mail confirmation.” When I navigate to Admin > Users > All, I can see the list
   of all users. But when I select “Waiting e-mail confirmation,” which shows the
   number (8) next to it, there is no list—just the message “No users found,” of
   which there are eight users.
 * Can you please help me get this fixed? I try to resend activation e-mails once
   a week for a month if the confirmation has not been made.

 * There are changes made how Account status is retrieved and cached in UM Version
   2.5.0
    Did you clear all caches after doing the 2.5.0 update?
 * > Cached and optimized/minified assets(JS/CSS) must be flushed/re-generated after
   > upgrade
 * Press the second button at the UM Dashboard “Clear user statuses cache” will 
   reset the Account status cache and new values are created.
