 * Please I need a wordpress chat plugin that enables users to chat privately and
   enables admin to limit the number of users another user can chat with to the 
   number of users assigned by the admin. I want to know if number of users that
   another user can chat with can be restricted to only those assigned by the admin.

 * Unfortunately, there is no such option. You can only define user role that has
   access to the chat. This way admin can define a group of users that can participate
   in the chat and talk to each other.
