We received a couple complaints last week from two users where: After the user submitted an online donation with their credit card using the Authorize.net add-on, they were directed to the confirmation page which displayed the receipt information. However, the information displayed to the user (their name, amount donated, etc) was incorrect. The information displayed was actually from the previous user’s donation who had completed a transaction before them.
Example: John makes an online donation for $20. Jill makes an online donation for $25 afterward. Jill’s confirmation page displays the receipt for John’s transaction instead of Jill’s.
Was wondering what happened with these two users? Was this a known issue or was something resolved in a recent plug-in update?
