Users got constantly logged out

    Hey all, I created a simple chained quiz with this plugin. Basically, what I did is to put a quiz on a certain page, and when the user finishes the quiz, they can click on the button on the result page and go to the next page.

    However, I found that some of my users got constantly logged out while clicking onto a new page, which is a real nightmare. Also, it does not just happen on a specific page, but random pages instead. I tried to install some plugins like “persistent login” but none of them helps. If anyone knows how to solve this, plz definitely let me know.

    Hi,
    Our core knowledge base plugin does not control or affect the login in any way. Your issue sounds more related to another third party plugin or how you have configured your website.

    We also noticed you replied to the WordPress general form about your exact same issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/users-get-logged-out-after-clicking-on-some-pages/ once again this sounds like a website configuration issue or some other third party plugin that controls login.

    We only provide support for our Knowledge base plugin and not general website help.
