Users Dropdown

Hello
I would like to make a dropdown menu and fill it with all wordpress users. Instead of constantly updating this drop down as new users are added, I would like this to be dynamic. Some kind of function that tells the dropdown to look in the wp_users_table and bring back all usernames. How can I do this?
