Users dont get Rol after registration

    Hi, i have multiple forms for register and in the previous version every user who registers gets their role. i update to the new version and when users register they don’t get any role and they are not redirected either. and tried to change the role of the forms to save the configuration again and nothing happens. any extra settings to get back to normal?

    Hi @yepezkjy18

    Have you set the deafult registration role from Ultimate Member > Settings > Appearance > Registration Form > Registration Deafult Role.

    The default role are Customer, but i set other rol to test, but in a in several forms there are different roles, they were normally applied but not now.

    i will test again setting other defauly role

    Hi @yepezkjy18,

    Do you have any other membership or role editing plugins installed?
    Can you please try to do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with one of your plugins or your theme and see if this issue goes away?
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    i use Wpfront role editor, but it function perfectly with the previuous version of ultimate member. i deactivate the plugin and nothing happens, welcome email dont working and dont redirect after register
