Users can’t view subscription status in my account

    Hi, when a user tries to view and subscription information within the my account page it just comes up with a 404 page so there’s no way of seeing any information on their end.

    Unless that’s as intended, thanks in advance!

    Hi,
    Thanks for using the plugin!

    We have checked on our end it’s working fine, could you please check once by deactivating all the third party plugins once and by activating woocommerce and subscription plugin only along with using a standard theme for woocommece. You can also deactivate and delete the plugin once and freshly installed and activate the plugin and then kindly run a test, if further any concern then does let us know.
