Users can’t comment under my articles

    Hello. I noticed that every time a user tries to add a comment under a post an error page shows up “Error: You did not add a rating. Hit the Back button on your Web browser and resubmit your comment with a rating.”

    I think it’s related to the plugin. How can I solve? Thanks.

    Hi,

    That means the user must select a rating manually before submitting a review. You may disable this option from settings

    Go to Stars Rating > General plugin settings and select No for the Require Rating option and save the settings.
