    Hi

One of my users with a dynamic IP cannot stay logged in.
How can I resolve this issue?

I do not mind lowering my security settings. But nothing seems to work.

The only way I can currently let him in again is after he messages me that he can’t even see the login page >> I disable the plugin >> he logs in and I re-enable the plugin.

Whitelisting does not help unless I add it before he tries to log in. But sometimes it still does not work.

Hi! Use the Activity log for troubleshooting. Check all events related to the user. Know more: https://wpcerber.com/troubleshooting-login-issues/

When a user is trying to access /wp-admin it does not work but /wp-login.php works! I believe it’s a redirect issue. wp-admin is actually “requesting” wp-login.php ? against the setting on wp-cerber?

The only way to fix it that I know of is to add them to the whitelist and let them log in while the plugin is disabled.

Go to the “Main Settings” tab and turn off this setting: “Disable dashboard redirection”.

    Hi Gregory

This was not enough. I needed to disable this one as well:
“Request wp-login.php —- Immediately block IP after any request to wp-login.php”

    Does this make sense?

    Otherwise, I can’t access it.
