Can you please confirm if the “Allow people to submit comments on new posts” was enabled/checked? You can check it by navigating to settings > Discussions. * If yes, can you please review the theme’s settings? A couple of things to check:1. You must be login2. On settings > discussion > Default post settings; the **Allow people to submit comments on new posts** checkbox must be enabled.
