Users cannot change password on password reset page

    Using WordPress 4.4.2 and TML 6.4.4, users cannot change the password on the reset password page. The system auto-generated password is there but the field is disabled and change is impossible. The reset will work with the system generated password, but users are not thrilled.

    Password change on a themed profile page works as expected.

    How can I get normal password functionality on reset?

    Please note I have already tried the following:

    1) Reinstalled WordPress
    2) Reinstalled TML
