[Resolved] users can bypass Captcha on registration

this plugin does not work. when a user registers the Captcha shows up but you don’t have to enter anything in the Captcha box. i saw a similar issue in another thread on this forum and you suggested that i deactivate all plug-ins to see which one is conflicting with it. i had my site already built and just today attempted to add this level of security but when it came down to testing it, it failed (captcha didn’t work). the only other plug-in that i can think of that would conflict is Akismet, which i was under the impression it works with it.

    Any other suggestions?

Did you actually try to deactivate all plug-ins to see which one is conflicting with it? how did that go?

i had not but i found another captcha plug in that worked right away so i used that one. i guess i didn’t see a need to deactivate it because my site is already built, all the plugins i have are necessary not just for fun, you know? so i just went a different course and found a different plugin.
