 * Hello,
    I got an email from wordpress saying New user registration on your site
 * What does that mean and how did they register on my site? I looked on my users
   and this person was subscriber. Do they have access to my admin panel?

 * Yes, but not really.
 * They registered, but they can’t do anything but read. Turn off registration at
   yourdomain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php and uncheck “Anyone can register”
