Support » Plugin: SlideOnline » Username/pw not recognized, cannot reset, contact box goes nowhere

  • Where is support? Why doesn’t the lost password reset send an email (none received to any of my email addresses). Why aren’t my usernames recognized? My first account’s slides uploaded, converted fine, & then failed to load from the WordPress embed a week later. I had to re-sign up with a new username, uploaded my slides again, they got converted, & now same thing, can’t log in, can’t reset password, no response from the contact tool—which just reset to the same form when you submit.

    NO contact information on their social media links or blog. This comes off as a scam.

    Sorry to hear the inconvenience. Please notice that rating 1 star here you are rating and hurting the plugin development efforts. Contributors like me who work for free creating a plugin that other people can use in WordPress.

    Seems the issue you have is directly associated with SlideOnline service. Did you try to contact SlideOnline from their contact page here? – When did you contact them? If was today, please wait a few hours until you get a response.
