Using “admin” as the admin user of your site is not a great idea!
Please never use the default “admin” username. Hackers know that ships with core and will use it to gain access to your site.

On the first, I can’t get to the Admin screen, so that’s moot.
Tried the second, but it’s not recognizing any of our emails.
I don’t know how to use any of the other suggestions.

Use the phpmyadmin approach via your HOSTING control panel.
Why would it stop working? Possibilities are a hack, a security action taken by your host blocking “admin” as a login, a problem with your database, and more.
