This may is a simple one...

I use a fingerprint scanner for my log ins and now when I log in to my client area, it tells me my username is invalid. Nothing has changed in the three weeks since I last logged in and again, I use a fingerprint scanner, so I didn't type it in wrong. I am getting NO WHERE with Mac Highway (though all of their literature points me either to a dead link or to here) and the information the gave me to contact here is invalid as well. There seems to be no one else I can contact to find out what the heck happened and I am at my wits end.

I am so frustrated and angry that I am in tears. Can anyone help?

I know you feel like you're getting a run around, so I hate to contribute, but it's unlikely to be a WordPress issue, unless someone else was in the back end and deleted or changed your username.

Why can you not log in manually? Do you not know your username/password? If you can log into your hosting control panel, you can view the contents of the WordPress mySQL database. If you look at the wp_users table (the 'wp' part might be something else), you can see all the user names, one of them should jar your memory. To get your password, you can use any of a number of techniques on Resetting Your Password. Good luck.
