It’s great to see it in the repository. I’ve been using the Pro version since early 2019 and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Userback and the Userback support team. They were quick to respond and were able to clarify several things for me. The ability to add client roles has expanded my use for it. Getting feedback from the end-user through Userback has been extremely helpful as well.
I will say that development for the Userback plugin hasn’t been very active. But then again, I haven’t had any issues with incompatibility, performance issues, or any particular bugs.
