I’m seeing this error whenever a device attempts to register:

[15-Jan-2019 21:05:44 UTC] WordPress database error Column 'user_email' cannot be null for query INSERT INTO
wp_users
(
user_pass
,
user_email
,
user_url
,
user_nicename
,
display_name
,
user_registered
,
user_login
) VALUES ('$P$BouWWbjhcq4e8CnVKtw5U7Blh3SS1B1', NULL, '', 'anonymous1900776995', 'anonymous1900776995', '2019-01-15 21:05:44', 'anonymous1900776995') made by require('wp-blog-header.php'), require_once('wp-includes/template-loader.php'), do_action('template_redirect'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, PNFW_Push_Notifications_for_WordPress_Lite->front_controller, PNFW_API_Register->__construct, PNFW_API_Register->create_user, wp_insert_user

Any idea what the problem might be?

    Site is running:
    PHP 7.1
    WP 5.0.3
    PNFW 4.1
