User to upload Front End Videos? Plugin?

    I’m trying to make a youtube like website where the user is able to upload videos to my wordpress site. Is there such a plugin?

    I can’t find any information on it.

    If it’s not possible, I need to give my client a valid explanation on why it’s not possible.

    All help would be REALLY appreciate asap.
