Yes every “REGISTERED user” (You have to be registered to use the site) Must do the survey.

The QSM uses the default registration process of WordPress. There is no seperate registration option available in QSM.
In QSM there is an option that only registered users can take the quiz only.

Maybe you refer to an old version as they new version has no option tabs as shown in your short cut !!
Hi Its seems every time i click on “quizzes and surveys” it takes me to “squirely SEO” Here is definately a problem.
I removed the SEO now I can actually get to the tabs mentioned.

Actually what I’m asking for is the details of the user NOT whether only the user can do the survey or not. DID YOU NOT READ THE QUESTION ? I have noticed however under emails You can insert template variables that has the info i need But a new problem is surfacing and that is some setting save and others dont and if you setup login users view only and remove it It will never remove This plugin is actually not good at all
When you go to view quiz It only shows LEAVE A REPLY not the actual questions even though view by users is selected and there is no PUBLISH after any changes So i dont know if its automatically publishing I don’t believe it is !! Regardless of what changes i make it constantly says the setup is incorrect. I’ve deleted the survey and redone a new one with all standard setting Its still show that its incorrectly setup. Personally i believe this plugin is faulty

After deleting form AGAIN and creating a simple form Its now not showing the “incorrect setup” However does not show the form on the website Even though login user has been disabled. On the website It briefly shows then disappears everytime i clear the cache

Also, regarding your special request that every registered user need to and must do the quiz, I am afraid that this is not possible now and would need a custom code to achieve this.
Besides that, please submit step-by-step instructions, screenshots, and an error log of the issue related to the form disappearing.

Ive tried to see if there is a clash there is not This plugin is certainly faulty
It seems the developers have no clue what they doing The site powerscore.africa is only a 3 page simple website yet your survey form is completely and absolutely useless. Noting works as it should The form doesnt even show on the website regardless of it being set for users or not. I cant delete the plugin and reinstall because it loads the same shit instead of a complete refresh Is there a method to refresh and reload ?

Ans: In QSM there is an option “Require User Login” by using that option only users that have an account on your website can access the quiz.

Ans: In QSM there is an option “Show Contact Form To Logged In Users” please disable this option. The information will still get saved if the option is disabled.

Ans: On the results section of the quiz you will be able to see the information about who submitted the quiz. You can access the user details along with quiz results.
