# User & support avatar image

 * So.. I’ve been testing this and it’s great! except for non-changable black person
   default image as avatar.
 * I thought it might be because user didn’t have profile picture. but I did uploaded
   it and tested and found that did not make any difference.
 * Having all same avatar makes it very confusing. Do you offer this on pro version?
   or something you’re still working on?
 * I think support should be able to have their own avatar based on department? 
   And obviously user image should be their profile image on WP or BBpress.

 * One more thing. does pro version support 3 days ticket? Meaning I’d like to have
   TWO user and one support (admin) agent on one ticket. This will be mainly to 
   resolve issues between two users.
 * This feature along with being able to import avatar from WP profile (or Bbpress
   profile) would seal the deal.
 * Let me know if these are possible & i’ll buy it right away! 🙂

 * Hi,
 * In future version, we will add profile for user.
    Staff member can change his
   picture in JS Support Ticket plugin in Pro version. It is not avatar.
 * JS Support Ticket are support one user and many staff members (including admin).
