Owp, sorry, I meant enabled*
Do you know exactly which one of those plugins is at issue? Most likely it’s just one of them and not a combination of all four.. also do you know which error is triggered (e.g., the name, description of the error). Those details would help in figuring out if there is an easy solution. Thank you.
Thanks again, I tried combinations, such as deactivating and activating each one, and yes each one of them (ie. the three others are deactivated and only one is activated together with USP) causes the the buddypress profile to disappear.
The error that returns in the homepage when I access a profile is, 502 bad gateway.
I have tried turning on debugging and I think it just returns old values from since I removed another plugin called “Buddypress Registration Widget”

I do have already 50 plugins on the website including woocommerce, buddypress, bbpress, events manager, others, having tested all, its just the four mentioned above that are doing some error.
Sorry missed this, this appeared on top of the admin page

If this is important, I think a malware was able to make way into our site and released malicious code in some files. If this is a memory problem to be solved by PHP.ini ?
Sorry ps. was able to make way, but the malicious codes have already been cleaned and WP installs refreshed/
Thanks for that. It sounds like there is more at issue than just one plugin.. also the errors you provide are for plugins/scripts other than USP, so not sure if this is a USP issue or rather if USP is getting hung up in the preexisting issues/errors you mention. Also, some thoughts come to mind:
– Running a lot of plugins tends to complicate things, so a good way to troubleshoot is to set up a quick default WP install and start with just a few plugins, and then test thoroughly and build up from there.. sometimes that can help to simplify and diagnose any issue(s).
– Caching plugins often cause more problems than they solve, especially when running a LOT of plugins. The strategy outlined in the previous point can help to diagnose issues in this area as well. Definitely something to investigate.
– If the site is compromised/hacked/infected/etc., then all other issues/errors are moot until the hack is completely 100% resolved, cleaned, etc. Otherwise, you’re just spinning your wheels. It sounds like maybe you got this part taken care of, but just wanted to emphasize that “cleaning up” a hack is useless unless you’ve actually patched the enabling vulnerability.
I hope this helps, good luck.

Thanks, I just installed a memory check plugin and saw the following stats:
Memory: 128.14 of 128 MB (100%) | WP LIMIT: 40 MB
It seems Im really out of memory, though Im not sure how to diagnose what part of the website is consuming the most,
Thanks for the quick response,
I would ask your web host, they should know best how to resolve memory issues, should be glad to help.
Gonna go ahead and mark this as resolved to help keep things organized. Feel free to follow-up or post afresh with any new issues or questions. Thank you.
