User Submitted Post In fo missing

When editing the post that is created, there is a section at the very bottom titled User Submitted Post Info. There is a small down arrow for expanding this section. I assume this should contain all the info entered by the user.
But when I expand this section it’s totally blank.
Where can I see all the details the user entered (name, user email, user url etc) that don’t appear in the post?
