User-submitted category in dropdown for user submission

    Hi, even though the User-submitted category is set to No on the User Submission panel for the library, the dropbox to select the catergory that appears in the submission form on the page still has the User-submitted category prompt appearing in it.

    Indeed, this was a bug in Link Library. I am actually surprised that no one reported this one until now. It has been corrected in the latest plugin version. Please update and confirm that it no longer appears on your site.
