 * I have a bunch of people that have sign up for my blog or subscribed. Is there
   any esay way to get their names and email address from wordpres into a txt or
   csv file, so I can send them an email?

 * Export the `wp_users` table with [phpMyAdmin](http://codex.wordpress.org/phpMyAdmin)
   and select the CSV option.
