 * Awesome plug-in. Just left you a 5-star review.
 * For my test user, Intercom seems stuck on user session 1. I log in and out of
   WordPress, but Intercom still says this test user is in session 1.
 * Is this normal? If not, do you see any way to correct this?

 * Sorry for the delay in responding, my RSS feed wasn’t updating with new support
   requests. I’ve fixed it now, so I should be notified of future posts.
 * [This page on the Intercom docs](http://docs.intercom.io/faqs/how-is-a-session-defined)
   should answer your question – you have to log out for at least 30 minutes for
   it to count as a new session.
