    the user can’t search for a ticket with a string of characters ! it’s impossible that this option dont exist! or i didnt see it

    Hi – the user or the agent? The user has a search box on the front-end on the upper right of the ticket list that will search the ticket list titles.

    The agent has a search option in one of the tabs at the top of the ticket list as well.

    I have the same issue and figure out in my code there is

    <div class="wpas-row" id="wpas_ticketlist_filters" style="display: none;">

    but why there is display:none

    Hi:

    I’m not sure why there is a display:none in there unless someone modified the code or created a new theme that is modified. The core code does not have that display:none in it. Instead, it looks like this:

    Maybe the thing to do is to re-install the plugin to see if that gives you the proper files.
