 * how do i control the columns displayed on the users admin screen? I have so many
   atm that it makes the screen almost unusable

 * If you look in the upper right hand corner there should be a tab labeled screen
   options. You click on that to drop it down and it will list all the fields there
   and just un-select the ones you do not want to display.
