User Roles upon Form Completion

I have many forms (WPFORMS) that a logged in user will have access to. I want to be able to hide forms as they are completed. How would I accomplish this? Could I automatically add or remove a user role from the logged in user when they click a button with a specific class or when they are redirected to a unique page upon completing the form?
