    Is it possible to upgrade user capabilities?

    I am editing the Admin Side Menu right now.

    I am asking because I am trying to limit what the clients I made the website for can access. I can’t give them Admin role like I have so the next one is Editor. The problem is when I do that then they can’t access things like the plugin in calendar I am using and some other things.

    Is there another fix for this I am missing or do I just need to use a separate role editor plugin?

  • I figured it out, just use ‘WPFront User Role Editor’ plugin and create a role with all of the Admin options (use the drop down for this) and then add this role to this plugin and then remove the items from the menus you want to remove.

    You as admin will continue to see everything but the new role that you will assign to the business will not.
