User Roles and Currency Not Working

    Hi there,

    I am trying to put customer prices for user roles and have enabled the plugin to allow me to set customer prices for roles on each product. It appears on the backend for me to input, but it doesn’t show up for my customers.

    Also, can anyone tell me how to set up currency so that Canadians customers get a 1.33 exchange rate every time? I tried to set this up but nothing was showing up. Setting up prices for each individual product works, but I need it to do it for the entire site as if someone with a different user role gets a discount, it won’t show the price in CAD.

    Hi,

    Could you check that the module is enabled and try by logging in with different accounts with different user roles?

    For your second question, you could use “Prices and Currencies by Country” module and add a country group with Canada in it and set this group exchange rate to 1.33 on the bottom of the module settings. This should automatically show the bigger price for customers from Canada.

    I got the currency to work with some fidgeting, but the user role pricing does not work.

    I have it enabled as well as per product box.

    Then I have show roles per product:

    Shop Manager
    Dropshipper

    Roles and multipliers are all at 1 but to be honest I don’t know what to have them set up at.

    I essentially want shop managers to get 20% off and dropshippers to get 15% off.

    I also want this to work with the currency conversion.

    So let’s say one of my products costs $2000 USD (base currency of the site). I have put the CAD price as $2660.

    Now I want shop managers to get 20% off the $2000 USD price if they’re in any country besides Canada. And I want Canadians to get 20% off the $2660 CAD.

    So I am on the product page and I put that I want the dropshipper price to be $1700 USD, and $1600 USD to shop managers.

    I sign in as a shop manager as it just shows me the regular price.
