    Hi,

    I installed your plugin.

    Selected Display To: Logged in Users.
    Selectected Subscription plans: for example ‘starter’ Though this user can see all other product pages in his account in woocommerce.

    My question is this a bug, or is woocommerce not supported ?

    First create a test page and set the restriction as you explained above. Try to access this page logged in but without having the appropriate Subscription Plan. I would like to know if restrictions work correctly on your domain.

    Regarding WooCommerce, I think that you are trying to restrict the Shop page that displays all your products. I tested this and indeed the page is not restricted based on a Subscription Plan. This means PMS is not integrated with WooCommerce.

    I tried to create a page for example the titan package.
    Normal visitors can’t check the page. ok
    Logged in user with a different package can’t check the page. ok
    Now i changed that user to the correct package, but still he can’t check the page. not working, i guess.

    Regarding woocommerce i see the plugin is required, from them but it’s quite expensive. And a lot of users are using yours, so this must be a good plugin 🙂 Would woocommerce be supported in the next update or so?

    So like you said, the user from package A can only see products that are placed in package A members only.

    Hi,

    To manually add a Subscription plan to a user go to PMS -> Members. Here you will be able to make any registered user a member. Keep in mind that the Subscription Plan needs to be active (not expired) in order to give access to restricted content to that user.

    Regarding the WooCommerce integration please submit a support ticket. I will wait for your ticket and we will continue our conversation there.
