User Role Fixed & Percentage Discount Incorrect Totals

    We have different user roles setup, discounts setup according to user role.

    On one of the user roles we have has:

    1. Fixed Discount on specific product at all times.

    then we are running a promotion…

    2. Percentage discounts on cart subtotal, for example if subtotal is between 2000 & 2499 discount 20% or if subtotal is between 2500 & 3000 discount 25%

    The fixed discount seems to work fine, however the percentage discounts on cart subtotal is not triggering or adding correctly for example if the subtotal is 1800 it triggers the 2000 & 2500 discount 20% instead of triggering at 2000.

    It is almost as if it is ignoring the 1. Fixed Discount that is applied even though it shows in cart… and pulls the Regular price which then triggers the 2. Percentage discounts on cart subtotal.

    Any advise or idea?
