 * Hi,
    My web-site is for users marketplace so all customers are have role as customer
   and vendor. they can sell or buy at the same time – plugin is WC Marketplace
 * Basically I setup all users are “support user/vendor/customer to use user role
   editor plugin. but if try to create a new ticket, the message is “Sorry, support
   team members cannot submit tickets from here”
 * Is it because they have role as a vendor?
    Could you let me know how to fix this
   issue?

 * If you assign a user any role where they have the edit_ticket security capability
   they will be assumed to be an agent and therefore will not be allowed to open
   or manage tickets on the front-end of the site.
 * There are special considerations when dealing with multi-vendor marketplaces.
   We have an article on our website that discusses how to handle this while locking
   down the sensitive items. But its not something you can do with the free version
   of the plugin.
 * I don’t have the direct link for the article right now but if you go on our site
   and click the magnifying glass on the upper right and search for “wc vendor”,
   the first hit should be the article I’m talking about. If you can’t find it I’ll
   post a direct link later today or tomorrow for you.

   just like plugin name!
 * This issue has resolved as you saying to release ‘edit_ticket’
    I thought it 
   is relative to ticket’s owner but it was wrong
