    Hi,

    Two questions:
    1) Is it possible to only allow admins to publish posts? (Even users who created the original posts cannot publish them). I’m trying to create a user content submission system, but I do not want any posts to be published without admin approval.

    2) Is it possible to completely restrict a specific group of users from accessing the WP Admin back-end? Right now, if the user is logged in, he can still navigate to the backend and see all posts and content created by other people.

    Thanks!

  • Hello @stitchyrocks,

    1) Yes, it’s possible. You just need to keep the post status pending from the form settings. Please check the following screenshot. The posts submitted by the users only publish by the admin.

    2) Yes, you can restrict user roles. Navigate to wp-admin > User Frontend > Settings > General Options > Admin area access.

    Thanks

Wonderful! Love your plugin. Going to purchase the PRO version for the conditional logic feature.

    Thanks so much!
