 * i want to ask something..how to do in wordpress the user role..
 * sample:
    i have 2 editor and 2 contributor if the contributor 1 post, only the
   editor 1 can see the post and publish nothing else, same with the contributor
   two and editor two..

 * There are some plugins available that make user role management easier. Also,
   the feature that you are looking for may be available in the “pro” version of
   [this](https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/) plugin.
 * Do check the other plugins too since they give a lot more flexibility when it
   comes to setting up roles in WordPress.

 * with regards to your suggestion i tried many plugins and it shows only the capability
   of the role itself can be edited..is there any way to that???
